Blues Against Hunger is very pleased to announce all food donated at LEFT COAST BREWER on Thursday June 15, 2017 will be donated to FAMILY ASSISTANCE MINISTRIES in San Clemente California, 1030 Calle Negocio San Clemente, California Call +1 949-492-8477 Facebook Page FAM provides food to the hungry, personal care items to include diapers, client aid in the form of utility assistance, rental assistance, gas and bus vouchers, prescriptions, as well as providing 26 beds for women and women with children in our transitional shelter. FAM provides case management for all clients. Family Assistance Ministries mission is to assists those in need in South Orange County with resources for food, shelter, and personalized case management, helping clients bridge the gap from dependency to self-sufficiency. JUNE 14 - All Donation at AZTEC BREWING Go To North County Food Bank.

Blues Against Hunger is very pleased to be able to donate to the San Diego food bank once again with the Brewers & Blues Tour beginning June 14, but this time more specifically the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank.  All foods raised on  WEDNESDAY,  JUNE 14, 2017 in Vista, CA will remain the community.   North County Food Bank 680 Rancheros Drive #100, San Marcos, CA 92069 website:  http://sandiegofoodbank.org/northcounty/ The North County Food Bank distributes food to 112 North County-based nonprofit partners that collect food from its warehouse facility in San Marcos, and they distribute the food directly to people in need in communities throughout North County. ABOUT BREWERS & BLUES AGAINST HUNGER BREWERS & BLUES is a blues music food drive campaign tour of the  BLUES AGAINST HUNGER SOCIETY  (BAHS), an organization dedicated to feeding the hungry through blues music. BAHS' mission is to produce free live blues music food drive events for collecting nonperishable food donations for local food banks. The BAHS events/concerts invite local and regional musicians to participate with the public bringing donations of any non-perishable food items. All the food donations go to the local food bank in each community a BAHS event is held. BAHS feels hunger and blues come from the same origin - poverty. In 2015, 14.5 million or approximately 20 percent of children in the U.S. lived in poverty. BAHS feel blues is a style of music ideal for bringing people together, both music fans of all kinds, and musicians alike, all to come together to help feed the hungry within their own communities. All BAHS events are FREE to the ...
