He played on the east coast for years while in school, and moved to Colorado in 1997.  Since then he have been the drummer for Shakedown Street, plus dozens of other bands, and musicians. The Food Recuse Express - Backpack program tries to provide a full weekend werth of meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner for Saturday & Sunday) for local elementary school students in Eagle County Schools. Students who participate in this program are in the Federal lunch program

All musicians are WELCOME TO jam with us, just come to the show. Carleton Pike started playing “drums” with his sisters marching band drum sticks, using them on coffee cans with the plastic tops. He graduated to playing along with 45’s on a card table and then his mother finally got him a drum set. (Imagine his fathers surprise when he got home from work that day.) Many years later, Carleton now has three drum sets and a calendar full of gigs. God bless Mom
