2019 Blues Against Hunger Baja Tour was a huge success and only one show left!
We're all back home. The 2019 Blues Against Hunger Baja Tour is nearly complete ONLY ONE SHOW LEFT this Sunday, February 24 at Sin Frontera Brewing in Rosarito from 2-5PM. This is the 5th installment of a magical musical adventure tour like no other and was made possible by California Baja Car Rental and Baja Good Life Club.
The final 2019 Baja Blues Against Hunger Tour concert is 24-February-2019, Sunday from 2PM-5PM at Sin Fronteras Brewery at K38 in Rosarito. Please bring a non-perishable, non-expired food donation and come out and join us. It is going to be an epic jam and a beautiful day.
The 2019 Blues Against Hunger Baja Tour began in San Felipe on Sunday, January 27, 2019, and ended Sunday, February 24, 2019, it is hard to believe it has been nearly a month. It has been an amazing experience over 2000 Baja miles in the most beautiful time of the year. All the spectacular Baja vistas, natural and historical sites including four 300-year-old Spanish Missions, Guererro Negro Salt Works Factory (providing 80% of the world's salt), to the private boat ride to Land's End in Cabo, visiting each city on the peninsula with 8 sold-out shows blues concerts at 8 incredible venues. Blues Against Hunger wants to say THANK YOU to the 20 people that came along for the full tour, either in the “Blues Bus” or in the caravan and to all of the hundreds of people that came to the BAH concerts. To everyone that donated food at each of the events, you are awesome and you are making a big difference in your community, thank you for the bottom of our hearts. We were able to raise hundreds of pounds of food. All our love to the food banks, organizations and people helping feed the hungry - you're angels, keep it up, we can not do it without you.
A big thank you to all the incredible and beautiful venues throughout the peninsula for your generosity and hospitality; Hacienda Hotel, The Shade, La Costa Rest., R Place, La Morante Art Bar, Hotel Los Pescadores, La Palapa Bar & Grill, and Sin Fronteras Brewing. We, of course, want to thank all the incredible and talented musicians that came out to jam in every city - you are the best. This year we made so many new friends we hope to jam with you with again. To all of you that have now joined us for several years - it means so much to us to see you each year. We love you all!
