The Rosarito BAHS Chapter held their 4th Jamboree on Sunday, July 25, 2021 . The house was a rockin’ at Mata Ashta Restaurant in San Antonio Del Mar. The day started with light clouds with the treat of RAIN... a groovy day was created. Puffy white clouds with warm sunshine dancing to the beat the BLUES of Sweet Sixx and the Wild Pack; Sixx, Sweet, Miguel Korsa, Phillip Singletary, Kasudi on Drums, and special guest Jebser Van Page , playing the music that filled our hungry souls. During all the fun in the sun, music, and yummy yummy favors served up by Steve and Mata Ashta staff; Rosarito you did it, you raised 161 lbs./73 Kilos of food this week going to Ceib Reggio Emilia. Ceib Reggio Emilia is an association that promotes, teaches and organizes courses, workshops, events, and training programs for the whole family to help build the life long skills to become a valuable part the community. We made it through another fabulous weekend of Blues, food and fun!!   All those who joined us on the beautiful beachfront patio at the La Salina Cantina on Saturday were treated to a Blues session with musicians who surpass all expectations and give everything they’ve got to their appreciative audience.   It was magic.  And speaking of magic, you all are making hunger in our communities disappear with your more than generous food donations. This week we received 243 lbs. and our year-to-date total is 3,637 lbs. (1,650 kg).
