San Felipe is continuing to feed families each week thanks to your donations. Hunger and blues come from the same origin - poverty. Blues overcame being a music of the impoverished to become an inspiration and element of all western music since. It's with this power of the blues, that we fight to overcome hunger.  Thank you to Richard Lawrence (BAHS Member) and Joyce Lawrence (BAHS Board Member) for making sure that Blues Against Hunger Society is continuing to feed families in San Felipe Each week! Thank you to Shannon Harry & The Baja Parrot Head Club for the donation of 25 pounds of fish, it is going to feed hundreds of families in San Felipe. Thank you to the Rotary Club of San Felipe for making a donation to BAHS. We will be able to feed over hundred families. Baja Boogie by Sweet Sixx performed live in lock-down at La Salina Baja California Mexico

Image
Sixx and Sweet performing Baja Boogie Covid-19 lockdown version recorded at La Salina in Baja California, Mexico. The song is about life in Baja and this seemed like a good time for a little Baja Boogie...if you're gonna be locked down, I can't think of a better place.  The video was shot late in the afternoon with a nice tide. The lighting is low and the waves are loud, and it is that moment in time. Thanks for sharing it with us. Sixx and Sweet - co-founders of Blues Against Hunger Society.
