BAHS Year End Report
Year-End Report Blues Against Hunger Society has made some incredible gains in 2019. We became an Arizona Non-Profit Corporation, added 135 new members, established our International Board of Directors and establish a Board of Directors for the San Felipe Chapter and we raised 26,574 pounds of food in the communities we serve. In 2020, our plans are even bigger. We will continue to start new chapters in an effort to create a concert circuit, where member musicians and bands can participate in regional tours with established venues and Jamborees. We plan to begin our musical instrument recycling, which can be used to provide children with musical instruments. We will host our second annual BAHS festival and select a band from our membership to represent BAHS at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN.
