Guitarist Arthur "Arturo" Cardenas was born in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico on April 13, 1952. In 1973 he got into the University of Guadalajara Music School where he studied classical music, while at the same time he formed his first band "La Wells" and played rock and blues. He has performed with many artists and bands throughout US and Mexico. In 2016 he performed at the Baja Sand Fest with Sweet Sixx and The Wild Pack and again at the Blues Against Hunger is Valle de Guadalupe in Baja and continues to jam with BAHS any chance he can. Come listen to Arturo and all the great musicians performing this Sunday's season finale. BAHS will continue to support through the summer with your help. Phillip Singletary is one of the many great special guests for this Sunday's Jamboree. Phillip has been performing with BAHS nearing a decade now. BAHS Acoustic Jam on Saturday March 26, 5-8PM. All musicians are welcome to join with many special guests including Arthur Cardenas, Tino Mendoza, Bruce Erickson, Kathleen Roman, Sixx N Rachel Pack, Jacko Levy, Diablito, Hafid Hernandez and many others to be added throughout the week, with this poster being updated as guests are secured.
